Delivery by marketplace sellers
In most cases the marketplace seller will be responsible for shipping your order. All products will be packaged by the seller appropriately for delivery to the customer. Please view the sellers’ store policy for full details on processing time and shipping.
Delivery Fees will vary between sellers, some may offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount – this will be clear in the basket before confirming purchase and also on the sellers page.
Each seller will have their own returns policy, please see the sellers page to review this and instructions on returns.
Delivery by HeyPlants
In some cases delivery may be arrange by a HeyPlants. HeyPlants will endeavour to get the parcel to the customer within 3-5 working days once the seller has marked the order as ready for collection.
Parcels can be collected from the seller between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
We do not offer specific delivery timeslots. If you need your delivery for a specific time, please contact us. There may be an additional charge for this service.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
